This wonderful Afghan Tribal Jewelry Signet Ring was hand made in the late-1900's. It is quite large, with wonderful wear patterns on the sides. A mild age patina remains, but has been mostly rub-polished revealing a glowing luster below.
This one of a kind signet sign displays an era and the olden times of Afghan culture.I found this ring at a local store and i was curious about the history.To my surprise,large statements pieces like these are in modern times used as decoration pieces and adorn the houses of people with great eye for unusual pieces.
However,real Bedouin jewelry lovers might still want to rock this gorgeous ring on their hands :)
