THE ZAMARUTJEWEL STORY

"Zamarut" means emerald in Persian - my birthstone and the inspiration for this journey. Growing up, I was fascinated by transforming discarded objects into jewelry, turning old screws into rings and creating pieces from tin foil.

After studying fashion in Boston, I founded ZamarutJewel to create a bridge between ancient craftsmanship and modern appreciation. My travels exposed me to extraordinary vintage jewelry and ethnic textiles, and I met artisans whose traditional skills were being forgotten. I knew I had to help preserve these crafts.
